I don't know if the correct name for it is tussie mussie or posy holder...
Anyway, it is intended to hold a rose bud, as the leaves are of roses!
For now, I post it with the first flowers in my garden: primroses!
5.5cm (2.1/8") long, indistinct marks on the C clasp and on a stem at back.
Back is gilded.

A beautiful Victorian boutonniere/posy holder! Normally, these have a closed part for the flower so water can be added.
