    can anybody identify these? are they fish knives and forks?
    i think they are english? no markings at all. silver? nothing on the box.
    very old. think they were my great uncles.

      Very pretty! The handles appear to be mother of pearl. During the day, take one outside and while you are in the shade, look again for markings possibly close to the handle. They may be very faint but look all over. Sometimes you find a mark that way because it just shows better. You have a very nice set here and I wouldn't doubt that they very well may be silver. I love that design...pretty fancy!
