These are just a few pieces from my recent stop at the Salvation Army. I bought a cardboard box (12" X 15"), filled to the top, with lots of costume jewelry in it & got it for $8.86! The Christmas tree pins are by Eisenberg Ice, Pakula & Torino, the reindeer pin by Mylu. The heart one is marked ART, rhinestone swirl is marked Judith Lee & the last one I didn't see a mark anywhere. I'm so happy to have found this website, it's so informative & I love viewing other people's collections as well! I'm still going through my box & so far I've counted over 100 necklaces, 70-80 pins/brooches, 50-60 bracelets, 15-25 pendants & lockets, 10-15 sweater clips & various stick pins & cufflinks. I will definitely post pics as I go along & sorry if I rambled on this, my very 1st post :-)
Go right ahead and ramble, your brooches are beautiful! Looking forward to seeing everything that's in your Treasure Box. :-))))) It's important to show the reverse sides of jewelry, too. Often it's possible to date them via their type of clasp.

Thank U nutsbotas6 & Manikin :-) Yes, a very good score! I got lucky, I know :-)))) The manager was complaining about having to go through hole box so I asked how much for whole box & it was half off day :-))))

Thanks racer4four & TassieDevil!! It is 2:25 a.m. here & I just had to walk away from my kitchen table after separating the last of what was in the box. I still can't believe what an awesome deal I scored :-))) I will post a few more pics before calling it a night :)
