Found this in a flea market with a white watermark inside, near the bottom. Got the water mark off, and would like to know who made it. About 11 and 1/2 inches tall, and 7 1/2 inches across the base. It is quite a heavy piece of pressed glass.

it's helps to show details in clear glass when photographed against a medium to dark background; the darker background will tend to reflect the details much better in photographs than lighter shaded backgrounds. These are more often called ship's decanters. Looks like there may be a frosted rose motif, which is indicative of more recent crystal giftware.

That is what I thought. I will try a darker background. Thanks for the tip.
