I found this yesterday - just had a feeling that I should drop by a shop that I've had a few good buys in lately, & this was in the window!
This Czech Art Deco vase by Kralik is pale pink with millefiori canes in pink, mauve, & dark ruby. There are also Peloton type threads in cobalt blue & ruby. It measures 18 cm tall, 13 cm across the top rim, & 8 cm across the base.

Many thanks, welzebub, they are just gorgeous... & don't you just love those hunches you get that make you visit a particular shop? So often it results in something good. This is only the second piece of this glass I've ever seen in person (& of course I bought the first one as well).

Absolutely! I've been collecting glass for over two decades & this vase, & the other one I got in December, are the only ones I've seen.
Hi IronLace, I have always referred to the hunches as "the little voice". I have found some pretty incredible treasures by always listening to the "little voice". :-)
The canes on this find are unusual in this decor - awesome find!!
Sorry .. I meant the blue 'peletons' strips - the canes ARE the decor!!
