It is beautiful. I don't know anything about it. I bought it from a consignment sale. It looks like a rice bowl.. it looks hand painted. It is about 6 1/2 inches across and 5 inches high with the the blue flower handle. I have can't find anything on the internet that tells me what the stamp is. It has no chips. All I do know, it's so different and pretty.
Where was it made, and how old is it?

The characters almost look Arabic or Turkish to me, but I’m no expert!
