I was given this little perfume bottle about 20 years ago. Its been packed away and I just recently found it. When you open the bottle it still has a smell.... Does anyone have any idea what it is? What it may be worth?
It is a black glass bottle, silver floral over lay, and a green stone on the top that is held in my four metal (silver?) prongs. On the bottom of the bottle it says "Made in France"

Your bottle was what I was searching for. I have one exactly like it. I have had it for about 45 or 50 years. It belonged to and cousin of my Dad. I was told that back then her husband always bought her expensive French perfume. Iwas hoping to find some information about the bottle and/or the name of the perfume inside. Hope you find the information you seek.
I own an almost identical one and just started searches via google and came across this article and pics. Only difference in mine is that the top stone (glass?) is red, not green.
Anyone know anything about these lil pretties?
I think my mom (who'd be 65 now) inherited it from one of her aunts or something. I'm hoping it's worth a few bucks.
I just found something similar to this at an estate sale. I bet this was made by the same company as the one I found. It is so dainty and beautiful. I plan on keeping it, not selling it, but I would like to find out more about it too. I would love to hear anything that someone may know about these little bottles.
Ruby Lane has two bottles similar to the above on sale for $29 each. The glass is clear and the tops are blue. According to the description provided on its site, they are 1 1/2 inches tall, and not as old as they appear. They are from the fifties or sixties.
