Just need to know if this is worth anything . It does need to be restored , have no idea how old it is. Was left behind by tenant and if it's not worth the time to restore it will go to dump.

Don't junk it. Underappreciated now means valued later. Looks great as is, give it a cleaning and use it, maybe redo the logos on the sides, or sell it locally. Somebody will want it.
