Help Alert Whistle. These were a promotional / public service that our local banks participated in back in the day. For $1.00 you could get one of these neat whistles. The idea was, if a lady is assaulted or robbed in public they could pull out their trusty whistle and blow really hard in order to get someone's attention. Hopefully, some big strong guy whose name was Biff or Chester or Mann Lee. Mann Lee was the gentleman who liked to kick sand in my face at the beach. I dislike you Mann Lee !!!
