My first piece of Rosenthal. It is 8" high and circa 1910. I don't know what style to call it. The seller labelled it Arts and Crafts.

It might be a Rosenthal blank painted by a china painter. The Rosenthal mark should give you the approximate year of manufacture of the vase itself. The decoration was added later. Rosenthal was chosen by china painters because of the quality of their white porcelain. It is a beautiful piece of Jugendstil design.

Thank you, V. You are always so helpful. That mark comes in many subtle variations, but thanks to a link you provided on another Rosenthal post I was able to revise the date to circa 1910, which is more in line with the Jugendstil flavor.
