Started to collect May Gibbs 1st Edition books but Im thinking this particular one dated 1944 is actually a 2nd edition.
I have found that the actual 1st edition is dated 1941 and many are listing the 1944 edition as a 1st edition. I purchased this as a 1st edition then found it wasnt. But still very very pleased with this purchase, got it for under $50 !
I have now just purchased a 1941 edition, very very hard to get hold of.
