    Good afternoon everyone,

The 1960's was a good time to be growing up especially with all the different television series we could watch. I enjoy collecting TV memorabilia and this TV annual fits right in with the pocket books, puzzles, plastic models and other items I have come across over the years. The annual pictured above is from 1969 and the publisher is World Distributors from Manchester England. Pretty well any TV annual I have were published by them. A few of the TV series contained in this annual are: The Man from U.N.C.L.E. The Saint, BONANZA, THE GREEN HORNET, THE PHANTOM, THE LONE RANGER, TARZAN, FLASH GORDON and others. On the back cover is one of my favorite actors Dan Blocker " Hoss" from BONANZA.

    HISTORY: Wiki

Brothers Sidney, John and Alfred Pemberton, formerly sellers of second-hand books in Manchester, England, set up World Distributors (Manchester) Ltd. just after World War II. Their principal product was hardback children's annuals. The company was renamed World International Ltd. in 1981, but had ceased trading by 1990.
