Got this bag at a gun show and saw it in a guys booth were my relly good eyes spotted this green bag on the bottom of the pile so I decided to get it so I talked the guy down relly low and I opened it and there is a few stamps and a singnature on the inside lid. Can some on tell me what this means please.Thank you
