Old plastic doll, Look's like Betty Boop. Measures 5 inches tall. Very beautiful printed dress. no MFG markings

Called a Celluloid carnival doll :-) These were given as a prize at the fair or carnival .

Yes you call the eyes googly but all these type dolls had side glancing eyes . Many times referred to Kewpie carnival dolls but they are not a Kewpie .
