Trying to find out who made this and what it is called. I have not seen anything like this before. It is about 7" diameter and 5.5" high and has hand painted animals on the sides. It is flat on the bottom and the only openings are the holes on the top for the claws and pad on the bears foot. It also has a piece of turquoise at the top. it is shaped like a white round ball. thanks

New to me too. It's very cool and very well made, possibly a recent piece. Hard to say without a name or symbol. Even that doesn't always help!
