Folding Camping Travel utensils set - Spain

I had posted this before but I am posting it again to ASK if anyone can tell me what the Handles are made of. I suppose people that collect juack knives ( Etc ) might know what the handles are. I do not think they are Plastic. Could it be an animal horn or what ??
