My odd French attic sale bottle

Hi. I bought this on holiday in France a few years ago just because it was a bit odd. It's probably not valuable but I was wondering what it was for. There are no marks or identifiers on it. Just the 4 cameos with emblems as you can see. Anyone any ideas? Many thanks, Liz
