Buggy is about 12" wide, 18" high and 24" long. It's made of wood and maybe iron and is in pretty good condition. I would like to know more about it as it has been in the family for a long time.

Some sort of pedal car?
Yes and no. It's like a horse buggy but instead of shafts for the horse, it has a small seat and bicycle pedals that function to turn the wheel. Seat is only 3-4" across.
