    My Flea Market finds from last week.
    - an old necklace, shown before. No bakelite
    - alpacca flower brooch
    - bracelet with large malachite stone, no silver
    - silver ring with blue stones, marked with Dutch sword
    - silver ring, marked 925
    - silver bracelet with icecle charm. On the charm the text: Ice Hotel. Marked 925 and other marks. Souvenier bracelet.
    - pair earrings, marked Pipis Greece and 925

    Lucky me.....

      Such a good catch! Love the icicle charm from the Ice Hotel! But that no-bakelite necklace still takes the biscuit! :-)

      Great finns! Are you sure the necklace is not bakelite? I could have sworn it is. I have a necklace that looks very similar and it tests positive for bakelite on the beads but not the beadclasp which is of another type of plastic. This is also a color you often find in older bakelite from europe. I hope you will find out yours is bakelite, but if not you still have a very nice necklace that by the looks of the photos is old and not new "fakelite". It's beautiful!

      Thanks Elisabethan. Your necklace looks a lot like mine. Not the shape of the beads but the color.
      I cleaned the necklace and tested with simichrome on the beads. No reaction.
