A carved 2 layers stone or shell = a cameo :-))
Yours seems to be carved sardonyx, is the back flat and the color black/brown?

I've never seen a cameo that's not completely on the backing. There seems to be two distinct places where part of the white is over the edge of the black. As I said about the other one you posted, there's not much definition in the outlines on the face. They're very rounded.
