It is 36" wide 21"deep back is 36" high bench height and legs 8.5 inches back cut out is 12.5"x21" what is it the style ball park age. I'm stumped with the kind of rosemalling flowers Scandinavian looking French traits. I just don't have the experience to identifie or not smart enough. I have it earmarked. For leather bright colors. Or suzani Uzbek toran meld in heavy fabric. Would love some help I have not a clue.
Maroon never fails on carved furniture.

I vote for a solid color as not to distract from the carving.
