I tested the back of the button with my gold/silver test kit and metal seems to be silver. The pink and green rhinestones are glass or stones. Some of the pink and green rhinestones had fallen out and I replaced. There are small eyes on the back right and left side for attaching to material.
I am looking for information on the buttons.

The metal is a silver/nickel alloy and they have two shanks on the back which would technically make them a "trim" and not a true Button. I'd say they are mid century Modern.
