    Hello all,
I bought this at an estate sale today, wonderful figure, Danish-mid century look about it, but newer? I can't quite make out the maker's name,......Jacob Dunmare?
It's actually a vase, great shape, interesting detail.
Any looks and loves welcome, and hopefully someone will recognize the maker's name.

Enjoy the day, Happy Easter week-end,
    Tony.

I believe the stylized AB in the center of the marking is for Arne Bang (or the Arne Bang workshop). Arne also worked with his brother Jacob. The bottom word is likely Danmark (Danish for Denmark). Wish I could help more, but that should get you started. You may find it's a bit older than you suspect.

Dear art.pottery, I can't tell you how much I appreciate your help. You're absolutely right!, I found a similar figure by Arne Bang on a google search. I feel like an idiot, since I thought it looked Scandinavian, and still didn't put 2 and 2 together to figure out that it said Danmark, ( which I'm familiar with ), and not Danmare, which I couldn't find anywhere,( though it did lead me to the Scottish pottery, Dunmore, which I loved ). I wouldn't have solved the riddle of the initials, though, so I am entirely in your debt. Thank You! and Thanks to mike, bijou, and Zilla, for your looks and loves.
Beautiful Easter/Passover week-end to all!, Tony.
