This piece was given to me from my mother who was born in Windsor England in 1925. I am trying to find out more about the artist signature on bottom of piece, her name is "Bess Workman" and she has dated it 1912. If anyone has other pieces signed by this artist, I would enjoy knowing more. The bottom of this piece also has letters J.P. L. France on it. Thanks
