I have this piece and I am not sure really what to make of it....
It is a medium sized dish baby pink/shell coloring. With lid.
This entire piece is made to be a shell shape.
I have spent a wee lil' while trying to establish even the markers/artists sicker stamp on the bottom of this dish.
The bottom of this shell dish reads:
* (Partial torn/worn away sticker) reading ???PER and below the tear reads the letters, Cre and under that, J...... I thought maybe created in Japan?? But I have had no luck establishing any era/artist/maker that stated/states that particular marking.
The sticker is a red crown with silver trim to the crown and silver lettering.
B981 (engraved) and 59/285.
I would be most appreciative of your thoughts or suggestions regarding this particular piece.
Thank-you!!!
