    Got this from My wife's grandfather. No idea what this is. About 4 inches wide, 6 inches long. Wings were sharpened at one time. What is it and what is it used for?

      This is a leather cutting tool used by cobblers and saddle/harness makers. The blade should have a continuous arc, not the dip in the middle. Somebody probably tried to pry something with it and part of it broke off.
