This sugar/creamer set was made by Anchor Hocking. I believe yours is in the "wheat" pattern.
I found one posting regarding this set, but it's a frosted version of what you have. The posting also included a tray for the sugar/creamer to sit on. They refer to this pattern as "wheat."
