She is about 12 inches tall has a moving eyes and had a talking belly. I think she might be Italian. I just love her so much and I wish I knew more about her.

She's a doll either from from a toy store or a souvenir shop in Italy. 2695 is her stock/ID number.

Lift up the back of her wig and see if there is any more info on her neck or upper back area.

She has the distinct look of dolls made in Italy and I would think made by either Bonomi, Zanini & Zambelli or Athena . They typically have flirty eyes that follow you and also the mouth is painted in Dolls made in Italy like hers also the crier in stomach. She is in beautiful condition and these were sold as toys and exported out of Italy to USA and I imagine other countries . They made high quality dolls .

I looked on the back of her neck and on the bottom of her foot for any signs of markings and couldn't find any. I'm too afraid to take her clothes off to check her back, I don't want to damage her.

Also I'm not sure if she's actually made out of hard plastic. I mean, she's hard and plastic but it feels different to the touch.

      Celluloid plastic, maybe?

It's a type of plastic not celluloid . Very light weight and will never craze . I would leave her dressed and know she is in minty condition and the name of company is not that important . Italian doll collectors will use her attributes to put her with a company . If she is marked it will be on her back . Someday you may decide to look :-) Some dolls are not marked at all .
