As Philadelphia is a major city and has always been, finding the bottler by just initials would take a lot of research. You can try Tod von Mechow's website. I think he's in Philadelphia.

Bottle should date to around 1870 to the 1880s, based on its style.

I found two variants of it, but no info listed.

The closest named one, in terms of time-period, was this:

      Nice bottle.
I found a Frederick Cheadle listed in the 1880 & 1881 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania city directory as a bottler, Main n Mill, Hbg (Hbg I assume being Holmesburg).
Spirit Bear was right on in the age and the last link to a website is possible a variant to your bottle.
Thanks for sharing that website Spirit Bear, I can use it in researching local bottles from my area.

The dimensions to this bottle are approximately 7 and 1/4 high and 8 and 1/4 round circumference at base

Philadelphia bottles generally have low value unless pontiled or a true coloured soda (not amber or aqua or tinted, but, like, a solid cobalt or green), which Mechow's website says it isn't pontiled, and yours isn't coloured, either. The exterior of yours also has a large amount of damage (not just scratches, but gouges), which can be polished away. If you tumble it, though, do not tumble the inside (unless it is more white than iridescent as the iridescence improves value but the white removes value, generally).
