I came across these paper scraps in an old scrapbook and can't for the life of me figure out what they were part of originally...
The paper is thin and basically more transparent than Buttrick pattern paper. The Uncle Sam image is 6" tall. Note in the last photo how the words on the page show thru it.
I'm putting this in the cigar category as well, because I was thinking that they might be wraps for bundles of cigars back in the day.
Anyone seen the like? Speculation welcome.
