1 of several large 1950s to early 1970s ashtrays from my parent home used largely at Christmas party's and such this one dates to maybe 1965 or so? and is one of the smaller ones at 7 3/4 x 10 1/2 x 1 1/2 marked USA 104 on the bottom, This color has made a big come back primarily in kitchen ware however I doubt it has any monetary value just a reminder of near 100 Aunts, Uncles and Cousins packed into a 1200 Sq Ft home (+ the basement) in the days of heavy drinking, smoking and laughing.
Neat design and colour.

ho2cultcha looks like an ashtray, pipe rest and cigar tray/rest/put it here mate - an all purpose type of ceramic piece.
Love the colour.
I could see it used as a pipe rest never really noticed that.
