This bracelet is reversible its 18 karat gold with what looks to be a mushroom design, one side is all yellow gold and the reverse side is yellow and rose gold I recently purchased it at an estate sale any help identify the maker would be greatly appreciated

It's an Italian mark for Vincenzo Italy. Can't tell you more than that because the photo has too much glare and is blurry.
