Lincoln Sand Truck.
Late 1940's to early 1950's production.
Approx 14 inches long.
Not much to say about this one. Basic dump action. Early style grill.

I like them unrestored
They made a red Coca Cola truck which is really cool to have in a coke collection. Kind of hard to find. Coke used toys as a advertising tool.
