This has a typically Welz look and feel, from the handles to the method of production. It isn't something I have seen before but hope one of you has links to something similar.
It is 16cm high.

Neat shape on this one! I have come across this decor on other Welz vases, too, so I agree with you and Peggy's thoughts on this one as well.
