Hello I found this ring and am wondering how old it is it was so dirty and old looking I thought it had to be at least deco, but don't know for sure.

I think so
The cameo indicates it dates any time post WWII to the present, although the ring style suggests older rather than newer. Possibly the most widely produced cameo design of all time, it originated in West Germany, has been incorporated in fashion jewelry from makers in many nations & is probably still in production today.
