So these two bracelets are vintage foil confetti Lucite bracelets, the first is a panel bracelet of Lucite cabs backed with blue foil and filled with glass gold pearls and foil confetti by Selro Selini, the second is an unknown maker, simple twist clear Lucite with foil confetti. Vintage bling, what's not to love? Thanks for looking.
ETA: As it turns out, the first bracelet is not made by Selro Selini. :(

These old Lucite bracelets are so appealing, and more readily available, I hardly ever come across Bakelite, but not a week goes by that I don't find a Lucite bracelet with confetti.
