I have an unusual looking camel sugar dish with salt & pepper shakers. The lid has been broken, and some of the pieces look to be missing. Is this still collectable or was she just hanging on to it due to sentimentality?

I don't see the broken lid?

If you look closely at the"hump" it is cracked & taped on the underneath side. The section that the "spoon" sits under has a missing side.

Okay, I see the crack, lucky it was a clean break and well repaired. Don't see the "missing side" you mention. You called the central section sugar bowls, I'm not entirely convinced as the spoon bowls are quite small and narrow, though could be for demitasse cups. In any case, these are purely charming, and I think they would sell to a collector. I'd sell them separately and price according to damage.
