This was my mom's. She dressed her up and hid her in our attic when I was growing up. I cannot find any indication of what company or brand she is. Her head, arms and legs seem to be porcelain. All are intact with the exception of one foot. Note the beautiful detailed painting on her face! Exquisite. Even eye lashes.

There is a speaker on her back, but it no longer sounds.

Does anyone know more about this type of doll?

Hi your doll is made of a light weight composition and I am not sure what country you are in but her painting is reminiscent to being made in Italy or France . The dolls are called "Mama Dolls" because they crier often sounded like it was saying Mama . She looks to date from 1950's-6os .
