There's no info on the base other than made in Hong Kong. My guess is its from the early 60's. The pictures show the 2 missing items. The pull back strip still works, the tires are rubber and slightly spongy.
I've checked some sites at least to put a name to the car, but nothing as of yet. Any helpful info would be appreciated.
