I found this in a storage locker from Guatamala. I cannot find any bike like it, please help. 2 local dealers think it s a very old walker. But neither dealer really knows its true worth 800 -1200 dollar range is what I have been told. Thank You

It looks like an old ice cream vendors bike but there would have been an ice chest where the 'basket' is....... Are you going to use it for something or restore it ?
It looks like was at one time an old chest or baskets to transport something. Sometimes they used to lay flats on these and use them to transport larger stuff like Chickens,ducks, goods that you have to stack etc. I don't know the value of this but it is pretty neat. THey're still used in India today. Good luck with your search!
