Isn't she just gorgeous! There are a few very minor chips which I can remedy. Is she Art Deco period? I didn't find anything much on the web other than a listing for a similar one from Germany on eBay. That one is listed as Art Deco.
Nothing else turned up in regard to the marks on the back.

UPDATE > I have since found out that she's a Revival mid-century piece:
Hollywood Regency Orientalism Revival chalkware. Circa mid 1950's to early 1960's. There just isn't any info on the markings anywhere to be found....BOOOOO!!
