    Fleamarket…
    (78 items)

While traveling too Charleston, WV and Buffalo, N.Y. for (business).. My husband and I decided too go too a few flea markets, garage sales and antique shops. Looks like we need another carry-on. A few Fenton, Indiana and a Partridge in a Pear tree. I'm not sure the hubby is going too take me on any business trips anymore:/ Whoops!

Nice collection! I see at least six Fenton pieces and one piece made by Westmoreland.

I believe the lidded jar between the two red compotes was made by Westmoreland. I have one just like it, but mine is a milk glass piece. Do you see a WG mark on the bottom?
    5. Fleamarkettammy Fleamarkettammy, 7 years ago
No Marking. I thought it was Indiana. It is Ruby Flash. I had one but a different shape.

It might be, but mine in milk glass is Westmoreland.

If you don't mind me asking....how much did you pay for the swans? I bought one in green a few years ago, so I am just interested in what you paid.

Both for $5 at the Wilson Flea Market. It's funny you ask about them because I saw them walked out of the tent than thought, What am I crazy.. than ran over and snatched them. It is the best deal out of the bunch. I think I may have overpaid on some pieces at the antique stores but did not pay more than $20 for any piece. The tall green vase and the Orangish/yellow Compote Were the most at $16.

      $2.50 a piece
    10. TimeTraveller TimeTraveller, 7 years ago
That was a great deal at $2.50 per piece. I paid $10.00 for mine.

I love the Wilson Flea Market. Got a wine slushy across the street before strolling through this year. Best time ever!

Thx! I do think the blue dish is Viking. I have one that's very similar but Handkerchief Design. My husband was able to get him down from $12 too $5. He's the haggler! I hold and smile. No shame in our game. I will be posting each piece when I get home. Thx for the love.
