this is one rare vintage Barbie outfit. it is the japanese version of the outfit. it was made in the 1960's and is from the famous 1600 series of outfits. the dress is a very heavy knit fabric which is much different then the usual version of the dress. of course this is a mint outfit. looks just like it came out of the package. i only have 10 vintage barbie outfits, they are all from the 1600 series and are all mint and complete. i dont really collect barbies, but i just cannot get rid of them.
