My mom had this for years and when her and my father passed away, I kept it. Not sure of its value. Didn't see any numbers on the back. Used my Dremal to remove rust but need a new attachment to continue cleaning it. The plain one came with the house I just bought 2 months ago.

Hi Michele, welcome to CW! Sorry to hear of your parents passing...it's never easy. It's funny how some keep certain things, this most likely says to me that you enjoyed your mothers sense of humor! I clicked in because that's exactly how I feel today!!! LOL I'm seeing double as it's 95 degrees in here right now! Someone else may have more info for you on this, I don't really recall every seeing them much. They will be along soon, so stick around. It's a lot of fun here and you'll learn a lot too.

Hi the company that made the 1940's original 4 eyed openers is possibly the Wilton Co. style Openers. There are many reproductions on Amazon, and Etsy. The originals are about 3 times the value of the repos. I'm thinking yours is the 1940's original.

Thank you Shareurpassion and Roddyq. Much appreciated. I'll be 64 next month and the 4 eyed was hers and I believe she had it in the 70's. My daughter even remembers where it was. Under the carport which was where we always had picnics and bottles were always being opened. :0) I'll have to look closer at the plain opener to see what the stamp says.
