The frame seems old. The print seems old not like modern prints when look over with a loupe. On bottom left corner the print titled: PRESENTE Y FUTURO 119. The back of print no signature or markings. The paper seems yellowish. No rips or tears. Will like to know more. Artist? Time print was made?

I think this was a popular art form, early 1900, there were lots of postcards kind of like this.
