Bought this when I first started Ebay 18 years ago. I believe he is a Faro Prince. The shade is shabby but I love the look.

He's great too but some more pics would be good to see him closer. What material is he made from? Plaster? Cast iron?

I will post more photos. He is plaster I'm sure but the condition and detail is superb!A great presence .
