Amercian Boy scout organisation green browny khaki full body sash with 21 badges patchs, owner was an Eagle scout. The owner has achieved such a high level of commitment and dedication to that I am told he was recommended to become an Eagle scout this only happens in just 2% of scouts.

Nice find I'm guessing 1950s? maybe early 60s?
You can likely some what date this by the patches and the number required for Eagle Scout (they changed it over the years), I had 20 or 21 that was one short of Eagle.
