    It sticks to metal or glass and holds an in car clothes line. I have both hooks and the line. My 93 year old neighbor gave them to me, in original boxes and wrap. He thinks as a young guy in got them in the Midwest.

      I sure hope that by "in car clothes line" you're meaning something used to neatly hang your suits and shirts on while traveling, instead of something used to dry your wet laundry...?? ;-) :-)
