Cobalt blue Papillon happens to be my favorite. This fan shaped vase has extensive glass scaffolding at the base. Thats a tricky feature to add as the maker risks heat checks (cracks) as the glass body cools at a different rate than the applied threading. Executed to perfection here by the best craftsman at Loetz. The later deco period signature dates the vase after 1918.

The wonder-weave web snares the papillon. Amazing!
It may be Deco in time period BUT it looks very Art Nouveau to me. Reminds me of many Durand pieces I have that have Art Nouveau decorations on Deco shapes. Of course Victor Durand started in 1924 at the height of the Deco Movement.
