Looks like they may be chalkware? In the 30's and 40's chalkware was given as prizes at carnivals.
Hi. thank you for your comment.but I am sure there not chalkware, they my have come from the carnival tho.
They look like they are Japan bisque. They don't bring much money but I for one have tons because I like their character. Usually they will marked Japan, and they are pre-WWll
